The Magic Square is magic not only because it offers guidance and orientation, but also because it leaves room for your own imagination. Through breath practices, meditation and the metaphors of crystals, we will explore the Magic Square template.

This workshop is designed to bring forth insight and ideas, weaving together experience, practical information and your own imaginative current. We will review the 9 numbers of the 3 x 3 Magic square through the analogy of different crystals, their structure and vibrational properties. This information can be translated into the Katonah Yoga practice and integrated into personal ritual.

During this workshop we will cover:

• Exploration of the Katonah Yoga Magic Square

• Introduction to the quality, shapes and colors of 9 crystals

• Breathwork and crystal healing practices for personal ritual

• 3 crystal healing body layouts for restorative asana

• Guided crystal meditation for the third eye

If you have crystals on hand you can work with them during the workshop but it is not mandatory to have any to participate in the workshop.
