Through a quieter inner state, we can work with self-observation, inquiry and contemplation to aid in physical, mental and emotional ease. We will work together to explore practical and useful techniques to build attention and focus in order to create space, choice and self-reflection. We will spend time observing the layers of conditioning and protection that build over time, approaching them from a subtle layer of awareness, using self-inquiry to access our true nature when in the grip of fear, judgement and reactivity.

For both new and more established practitioners alike, we will delve into techniques of meditative contemplation as a means to create a compassionate relationship to one’s own mind, personal narrative and choices.  

This intensive will cover:

  • Respect - Approaching self-study, observation & awareness free from analysis, diagnosis and judgement.

  • Freedom - Using the quality of truth to access greater choice and liberation from well-established patterns.

  • Reactive to Responsive - building the gap of space to access choice and regulation.

  • Compassion - Understanding one’s true nature as an antidote to conditioning.
